Water Snapshot Terms

1. What it is. The Water Snapshot is a free summary of published water quality information for the supply area that covers your suburb, or a general profile if we don’t hold verified data for your area. It is provided by Hunter & Coast Irrigation Pty Ltd (ABN 32 645 145 928), trading as Aquavation.
2. What it isn’t. It is not a test of the water in your home. It is not medical, health or professional advice, and it doesn’t replace information from your water authority. Water at your tap can differ from the area average.
3. Sources. We use the most recent data your water authority has published, and each snapshot names its source and date. Water authorities can update their data at any time, and we may not have the latest figures.
4. No obligation. Getting a snapshot doesn’t commit you to anything. Any quote we give is a separate offer.
5. Installation area. We install in the Hunter and Central Coast regions of NSW. Elsewhere, we may offer to supply a system for your own licensed plumber to install.
6. Your consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for decisions you make based only on the snapshot.
7. Privacy. We handle your information under our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page applies when you request your snapshot.
